A theme on a variation. Made this card basically for the classes I'm teaching this month but wanted to change it out for Mother's Day. So I added the strip - the original has Hi! on the cream paper but there wasn't room for Mother's Day Greeting.
The stamp set if the March SOM which at first I didn't like but now I'm a convert totally and have loved making this card using it. The dutch blue cardstock is embossed using me new favorite tool the cuttlebug. Its so easy to make cute backgrounds like this. Especially with the white core paper of the CTMH which adds dimensions.
In the meantime I have also been working on my room. Not picture ready yet but nearly. Great improvements have been made. I may even have something to work on next weekend at the crop!
